I am a creative, dynamic and strategic thinker, who works with organisations in a wide range of ways.

In 2025/6 I was Artistic Director (Maternity Cover) at Theatre by the Lake.

Together with my Co-Artistic Director Keith Saha, I created and grew 20 Storires High (2006-21) from an idea - to organisation with a £500k turnover, a vibrant community of artists and partners and a brilliant collection of funding relationships. We also embedded a culture of involving community voices across our processes, and a philosophy of putting care at the centre of our practice.

As a freelancer, I work with large and small organisations on business planning and strategy development. I am especially keen to work with organisations who are driven by a commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

I also facilitate a range of workshops and training in varied creative and educational settings.

Recent clients include: PYA England, Frozen Charlotte, Storyhouse, Contact, Multi-Story Orchestra, Universitat Salzburg, University of Manchester.

I am also on the Board of Heart of Glass in St Helens.
